Girls Manager, Virginia

Madison Green joined 3d full time as a Girls Manager in the Mid-Atlantic in January of 2018. Madison, who goes by “Madi,” is no stranger to us as she has been coaching 3d Mid-Atlantic teams for the past for three years. She currently coaches the 2023 Mid-Atlantic team, assists with the 2022 squad and will be the new coach for the 2025/2026 group for our new LC CMRC in Baltimore. Madi is also the assistant coach at Riverside High School in Leesburg, Virginia. In 2017, only the second year as a program, Riverside went 19-1, winning conference and regional titles, as well as making it to the state championship game.

Prior to working with 3d and Riverside, Madi was the program director for TripleEDGE Lacrosse in Chantilly, Virginia, where she ran indoor and outdoor lacrosse leagues, as well as summer camps. Madi played defense at Notre Dame College in South Euclid, Ohio. She was a two-year starter for the Falcons and led the team in groundballs before an injury ended her playing career. She is enjoying being on the other side of the game by coaching and developing young players to their fullest potential.

She is originally from Wilmington, Delaware, but is now living in Purcellville, Virginia.
