In September 2017, Eric joined 3d a Manager of our San Diego Market. While Eric is a new full time employee, he is not a stranger to our Company. A Tampa native, Eric moved to Colorado to work for 3d and his former defensive coordinator Mike Ryder. Eric has spent the last three seasons coaching 3d Colorado teams, his latest position was the head coach for our 2023 team.

Eric attended Freedom High School where he was a US Lacrosse All-American recipient. After high school, he started his college lacrosse career at Salisbury University. During the two years he played with the Sea Gulls, Eric made two NCAA Championship appearances. He later transferred to the University of Tampa where he would play out his college lacrosse career. As a two-time captain and starter he led the 2013 Spartans to the Deep South Conference Championship. He was awarded captainship during his final season and won the CoSIDA Academic All-District award.

After college, Eric immediately began his coaching career on staff at the University of Tampa as a defensive assistant. He’s made several other stops on his way to San Diego including coaching stints at Boulder High (CO), Berkley Prep (FL), IMG, Green Turtle Lacrosse Club and the Prep of South in Tampa (FL).

Prior to moving to CO, Eric owned and operated a sports performance training company in Tampa, where he worked with high level athletes and the men/women of our armed services.

Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance. When he's not coaching, he's hiking, biking, surfing, camping or boarding in the mountains with his dog Maddox.
