Oregon - Movement Series
3d Oregon is excited to bring you our latest training opportunity, The Movement Series, beginning January of 2020. This series will be run by 3d Oregon Coach, Chas Blake. With his BA in Exercise & Sport Science, NCSA-CPT, USAW-L1, and Eleiko-L1 Certifications, former Group Fitness Instructor with Nike and Speed & Strength Coach for the Carthage College Men’s Lacrosse Team, Coach Blake is uniquely qualified to lead lacrosse specific performance coaching.
Week 1 and Week 6 will include testing periods allowing each participant to track their progress. Participants will also receive 2 supplemental workouts to complete each week to help maximize their results! This concept is designed to focus on mobility, injury prevention, and quality of movement for lacrosse players. This is a great way for players to learn how to take care of their bodies through the physical demands of lacrosse, as well as shake the rust off and enter their spring season in the best possible condition. Designed to work in conjunction with our “Box Immersion Series” players who enroll in both will receive a 20% discount on the Movement Series. This is open to both boys and girls and each session will be capped at 12 players. The overall aim of 3d Oregon is to develop the best lacrosse players through unique and fun training opportunities, as well as give them the tools to learn and develop on their own!
Saturdays: 1/11*, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22
*If you were unable to attend the evaluations on 1/11, please arrive at 2pm on 1/25 for your evaluation before the second series starts.
