North County Eagles (GIRLS) - Spring 2019

North County Eagles Spring 2019 Recreational League
3d SoCal lacrosse is excited to announce the forming of the North County Eagles this spring rec season which while combine girls from San Marcos, Carlsbad, and other neighboring communities. We are excited to unite neighboring communities and provide a fun environment to foster each player’s love of the game as well as elite training & instruction for North County girls and their coaches. Girls K-8th in the North County area will train and compete together this spring which we believe will strengthen the overall player pool, present the opportunity to make new relationships, and provide more progressive/intuitive/fun training to elevate the girls community across the board.
Professional coaches and an internationally recognized methodology, create an unmatched learning environment for our athletes both veteran and new to the game. There are no tryouts, only evaluations to ensure that each player is assigned to the correct team according to age, skill level and knowledge of the game.
The Eagles will begin practice week the of February 19th. Games will start the March 2nd and will be played mostly on Saturdays with the possibility of a Sunday game or two.
Training
Player development and team training is the most important aspect of a youth or scholastic lacrosse player’s experience, but yet tends to be the least emphasized component of club lacrosse nationwide. 3d Lacrosse consistently produces structured training camp scenarios that foster learning and rapid player development that will undoubtedly help a player achieve a higher level of overall performance.
Players will be immersed in the 3d Lacrosse Methodology, which thrusts them into high-speed, high-repetition, scenarios featuring playmaking in tight spaces and small-sided learning environments. The result is an accelerated development of player IQ and stick skills, as players benefit from a far greater number of touches in these scenarios than what is typically provided by a traditional field lacrosse practice.
