Teams will make one trip daily to PSC on late model motorcoaches equipped with wi-fi and TV/DVD players. Teams will have flexible practice times based on their preference (two 2-hour practices with a break for lunch in between, one 3-hour practice with lunch afterwards, etc). Being at one centralized location will allow 3d Lacrosse to provide:

  • Specialty clinics (face-off, draw control, goalie, shooting) throughout the week
  • Speed and Agility Training, where teams can work with speed ladders, hurdles, and other training tools
  • A shooting zone with multiple cages, a backstop, and a ball machine
  • Catered lunches by Lakewood Ranch Country Club

All teams will be back to the hotel between 1:30-2:30pm so they can relax in their rooms, on the beach, or at the pool for a 3-4 hours before they their evening scrimmage/game.

Evening scrimmages and games will be held at local fields, 10-15 minutes from the hotels. These fields include, but are not limited to:

  • Lakewood Sports Complex

  • Azalea Park

The Program

3d Lacrosse is excited to announce a new partnership with The Program, a team building and leadership developmental program that works with high school, collegiate, professional athletic teams and corporations.Their mission is to develop better leaders and create more cohesive teams. The Program will be offering teams attending 3d Lacrosse Spring Break an opportunity for a single or double session of their Judgement Day activity. Judgment Day will take teams outside of their comfort zone and challenge team leaders and teammates to communicate effectively, to push beyond perceived limits. See links at the bottom of this page for more information and an FAQ page. Or, email Stephen Ripley at sripley@theprogram.org.
