There Is No Off-Season When It Comes To Training
There will be a total of 7 outdoor fall sessions 17.5 hours of training, with a focus on the two man game and the development of 3d Lacrosse Methodology. This training will emphasize the unique box lacrosse skills that translate well to the field game. Players will train for the first hour and a half concentrating on player development, followed by an hour of scrimmage time. We will be looking to build teams of 12 - 14 players.
**PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM IS FOR EXPERIENCED PLAYERS. Please contact Mark Goodrich to inquire.
Player development and team training is arguably the most important and least emphasized component of club lacrosse throughout the nation. 3d Lacrosse has structured training camp scenarios that bring players to new levels of playmaking. The tempo and tactics of 3d practices will resemble those of Division I lacrosse. 3d players will have a DI experience and learn DI X's and O's from some of the country’s finest lacrosse instructors.
