Program Overview

This program will be focused on training High School players to improve skills and lacrosse IQ. Small group training is structured to immerse players in a high-intensity environment with maximum repetitions. Our coaches will deliver a high-intensity workout with hundreds of finishing reps, as well as two man and fast-paced drills that will help keep training fresh and challenging. Small group training is open to players of all skill levels and positions.

It is the goal of 3d Lacrosse to provide an outstanding instructional, education and technical training experience for all players. Our highly qualified staff of professional coaches will utilize the 3d Lacrosse Methodology to train and coach all players in this unique program.

Player development is arguably the most important and least emphasized component of lacrosse throughout the nation. 3d Lacrosse structures camp scenarios that bring players to new levels of play-making. The tempo and tactics of 3d practices will resemble those of Division I lacrosse. Skill development will include and focus on: Finishing / Faking / Catching in traffic / Deceptive shooting / Feeding / Dodging in tight confines / Cutting / Cycling / Picking / Screening / Power Play. Both dominant and non-dominant hands will be incorporated with all skills.
