3d Lacrosse DIII Road Trip

3d Lacrosse is very excited to offer year two of the DIII Summer Road Trip in June 2018. This summer we are inviting qualified, uncommitted 2019 and 2020 players to be a part of our 50 player DIII Summer Road Trip. These players will have amazing, up-close and detailed visits led by College Coaching Staffs at 8 nationally recognized Division III college campuses in New England, attendance at the Colby/Bates/Bowdoin Prospect Day - as well as a private, intra-squad scrimmage in front of the Wesleyan University coaching staff on the Wesleyan campus, and a shoot around on at Tufts University campus before the Tufts Coaching Staff.

Over the course of 7 days, these players will receive high caliber instruction and unrivaled DIII exposure at our STX Rising DIII Showcase and then hit the road to visit some of the nation’s most prestigious academic and athletic institutions in the NESCAC and more, and finish the week with a NESCAC Bates/Bowdoin Prospect Day at Bowdoin College.

Players who want to attend ONLY the STX Rising DIII Showcase can register for that program on its own. To attend the 3d DIII Road Trip, players must register for and attend the entire week as we feel the DIII Showcase is a critical part of the exposure and experience.

After the success of last year’s trip, we are certain that there is no better way for players to have a unique – and fun - opportunity to help them find the perfect fit at a high level academic institution with highly competitive lacrosse.

Suggested Academic Requirements

Due to the caliber of academic institutions that are part of the Road Trip, this program is best suited for serious A/B caliber students with strong test scores. Without these very real academic benchmarks, it would be extremely difficult to be considered a viable recruit at these schools. We do not want to deter any player interested in this trip, however we want to ensure that all players/parents fully understand this important component of being recruited by these schools. Please contact Seth Jacoby if you have any questions about these requirements.
