DENVER — As part of 3d Lacrosse's ongoing effort to improve its customers' experience, the 3d Marketing Team is asking for your help by way of feedback on the 2017 Select summer season via one of several annual online surveys.

Providing a premium Select summer experience is a goal of 3d Lacrosse and its coaches, and in order to ensure that, we are inviting 3d Select players and their families to help us completing the below survey. 

The survey is designed to help 3d Lacrosse better understand the areas of Select programming and operations where customers needs are being met, but more importantly identify areas that are in the most need of improvement.
