Program Overview

The Futures Fundamentals Clinic is designed to foster a love for the game through fun, competitive and intuitive skills training and small sided game-play.  Players will be divided by gender and age to learn the fundamental basics of lacrosse through high repetition drills while increasing their lacrosse IQ in fun, small-sided progression games.  Athletes will learn the terminology of different concepts and a repertoire of passes, fakes, shots and dodges that will create confidence and passion.
