David Jenkins, 3d Lacrosse Director of New England, has an outstanding lacrosse career, including playing Major League Lacrosse for the Boston Cannons from 2001-2008. He was a two-time Team Captain, two-time 11th Man Winner, and the Cannons’ career leader in ground balls, face-off wins and face-off attempts.
Prior to the Boston Cannons, Jenkins played lacrosse at the University of Virginia. During his tenure as a Cavalier they won two ACC Championships and were National Champions in 1999, when he was awarded the Outstanding Face-Off Man in the country. In 2000 and 2001 he was given the Harry Gaver Award for Leadership, and in 2001 Jenkins was a Team Captain and Team MVP.
Dave is a graduate of the Taft School where he was a four-year varsity lacrosse player. While at Taft Dave earned 11 varsity letters, was a three-time All League award winner, a two-time team captain his junior and senior years and a one-time All American recipient. He also played hockey and football at Taft where he captained both teams during his senior year and was honored with the Stone Award for outstanding male athlete.
Dave worked for Fidelity Capital Markets from 2001-2005 before starting Conversion Associates. Dave ran Conversion Associates as CEO and sold the company in April 2010.
