Program Overview
3d Lacrosse (Formerly Propel Lacrosse) will be managing two great north county programs for spring this year, San Marcos Warriors and 4S Ranch Hawks. Propel has been in existence since 2008 and has helped teach the fundamentals of lacrosse to young lacrosse players on both coasts. Propel has a history of helping young players meet their goals in the game of lacrosse. 3d Lacrosse and Propel recently announced an agreement for 3d Lacrosse to acquire and integrate Propel lacrosse. Training
Player development and team training is arguably the most important and least emphasized component of club lacrosse throughout the nation. 3d Lacrosse structures training camp scenarios that develop players to new levels of playmaking. Founder and CEO, Jamie Munro, pioneered the Box / Field Hybrid™ Development System in the United States as a Head Coach in Division I lacrosse and now brings it to 3d Lacrosse players. The tempo and tactics of 3d practices will resemble that of Division I lacrosse; 3d Lacrosse players will have a DI experience and learn DI X's and O's from some of the best coaches in the country.
