Camp Director Peter Worstell

Peter Worstell is founder and director of two of the most significant lacrosse events in the West; BE THE BEST training camp and CALIFORNIA GOLD® LACROSSE INVITATIONAL recruiting event.  Since2000, in Northern California, Worstell helped found the premier Scorpion Youth Lacrosse Organization, coached at every level of youth lacrosse, helped initiate lacrosse at several local high schools and has taken club travel and high school teams to New York, Vail, and even internationally to England, Scotland and Wales. He has also been the head Coach at San Ramon Valley High School in Danville California since 2000.  San Ramon Valley H. S. is consistently a top ten program in the state and produces multiple Division 1 players. Worstell is a four time inductee into the Lacrosse Hall of Fame at: Garden City High School, the Long Island, NY Lacrosse Association, the University Of Maryland and the Northern California Lacrosse Association. He was also a four time All-American at the University of Maryland and ultimately voted as “one of the best 50 players of all time in the ACC”.  Peter has been a presenter at several US Lacrosse conventions and currently sits on the US Lacrosse U19 National Team Sub-Committee.
